‘Cytotec’ is a brand name manufactured by company name Pfizer (same company who make ‘Viagra’). In Malaysia, it’s only prescribe as ‘gastric ulcer’ medicine. Medical term for this drug was ‘Misoprostol’.
Enough with introduction. May I remind you that you CANNOT get this drug over the counter easily.
I wanna tell you all the procedure to used this drug for labor abortion. This procedure based on research from Dr. Tang O based on his journal “Tang O, Miao B, Lee S, Ho P. Pilot study on the use of repeated doses of sublingual misoprostol in termination of pregnancy up to 12 weeks gestation: Efficacy and acceptability.Human Reproduction 2002; 17(3): 654-658.”
The precaution were given as below:
1) The procedure only effective for 12 weeks gestation and below.
2) The pilot study was conduct by sub-lingual intake. Means, put under tongue and let it melt.
3) Repeated dosage were conducted.
Based on this three precaution, the effectiveness was reported successfully 100%. The control group was in age of 21 to 36 and were tested in control group of 29 people.
The procedure will be given as below:
1) 4 pills of 200mcg (micrograms) were taken sub-lingual for the first intake.
2) After 3 hours from the first intake, repeat another 4 pills of 200mcg (micrograms) were taken sub-lingual for the second intake.
3) After 6 hours from the first intake, repeat another 4 pills of 200mcg (micrograms) for the final intake.
The total of 12 pills will be taken sub-lingual for total of 9 hour procedure.
The first bleeding sign were reported one and a half hour after the second intake.
Heavy bleeding (I mean, very heavy bleeding, soak more than 4 maxi menstrual pad) will occurred 2 hours after the second intake. In between this heavy bleeding, the fetus, will excluded in one of the maxi menstrual pad.
The bleeding will continue heavy until 9 hours after the first intake.
After that, there will be normal period that lasted 2 weeks.
I’m only recommend as per procedure above because it based on research journal. So far, only Dr Tang O journal reported complete abortion and 100% result.
I know this procedure may help some of Malaysian couple that pregnant and not ready in married. But please used this as the last resort.
Hope you all will used another option like ‘after morning pill’ or ’emergency conceptual pill’ for safer sex without condom.

Yes, you do need prescription to buy cytotec. This is the safety reason from Malaysian Goverment for not missused this chemical for other used as cheap abortion pill, and as we do all know for now, illegal abortion in Malaysia will be a criminal act.
Anyway, for me, this information was for helping to those in needed for cheap abortion at early stage of pregnancy. Better to abort in early stage (the secrecy, ethic, religiously and avoid shame of illegal pregnancy) rather the fetus having baby figure and been throw in rubbish somewhere, or, which is normally been done now, choose normal delivery and kill the baby right after (oh God! what a shame).
I would like to update that, not all pharmacies sell Cytotec, yet, if they wanted to sell, they would like to sell you in 100’s pills per package because it’s not demanding market to sell this pills in one strip at a time. Maybe you can buy it in 100’s and resell it to those who needed.
Simple hint, if this pharmacy advertised you that they do sell Original Viagra (from Pfizer Company). Means, they also do have access to buy Cytotec.

Currently other brand names of Cytotec are: Arthrotec, Citotec, Cyprostol, Gymiso, Misotrol, Mibetec, Oxaprost, Prostokos and few other. ‘Pantang’ i mean mostly like restrict yourself from lifting heavy thing. Exhaust yourself with some load of work and maybe taking seafood/alcohol during the first one to two week. This activity may trigger more heavy bleeding and fatique. It’s not mean in bertungku, take nasi rempah, makan jamu (LOL) which for me just one’s belief. Just the first one to two week. And you’re done!

sorry im scared..anyway i got my friend to buy me the misoprostol pills. i ingest 4 at 4pm, 4 at 7 pm and another 4 at 11pm. the bleeding came at 6 pm, but it was very light, like when u r just going to start period. had dinner at 10pm cos no mood to eat, but got diarrhea -i think its side effects of the product at 1230 am. so do i still need to retake the misoprostol or how ? my cramps is not as bad as wat i think it was, touch wood, im so scard right now whether d process went thru. pleasae help.
is it the original cytotec from pfizer? My dosage is 200 microgram x 4 per intake… (800 microgram in total per intake)….and the intake will be 4 pills of 200 microgram and repeated every 3 hour for 3 time (in the total of 6 hour from the first intake)…based from what you discribe, you just make a good explaination of your intake and it’s ok….but still is it the original cytotec from pfizer or just generic? and is it 200microgram for each pill?…this variable must be counted or you just do it in a wrong way from the start.

On early pregnancy, the doctor may use the same pill but different method. Doctor in Malaysia like to use the ‘vagina insert’ method which i’m not considure for any home abortion. This procedure have 76% success but the doctor had specialist equipment to measure the uterus ripening to calibrate the dose to 100% success. For the one who wanna do home abortion at early stage, please use Dr. Tang pilot test method which I’ve given inside my blog for safer and 100% success rate.

From what I’ve been getting feedback so far, most of it from reader at my blog, for the first trimester, all woman specialist doctors in Malaysia preferred to use medicine to induce labor. One of the proven methods is using Cytotec (most of them use vaginal insert procedure).
But even though its off-label use, they still use it to induce labor for ‘over matured baby’ in once pregnancy. It is because the pill mechanism still triggers the same reaction during once in-labor, thus, make the contraction frequency increase and induce labor. Alternatively, they preferred cesarean if the family agreed to do so. I’m not blaming if now, most of Malaysian moms had cesarean to have a baby because the doctor not knowing about this alternative to induce labor, but, for off-label use in Malaysia, it’s against any private practice.
So to answer your statement, by law in Malaysia, abortion must use pumping and that’s the approved procedure (yes), but all women specialist doctors in Malaysia preferred the medicine method for first trimester even though its off-label use. The one that inform you (maybe just undergraduate nurse or merely frontdesk receptionist) that they do not have the medicine abortion in first trimester is BS. Please recheck back.

hi…im mother of 2 of my son…that day i’ve using cytotec once i know im pregnant…however im still not ready yet for my third baby,,due to my 2nd baby is not reach one year…but now i juz want to ensure..is that correct if i use UPT to check my urine is not give us a really good result…because that day i check using UPT after 5 days i took cytotec..at the same time i still bleeding but only a little bit..and the colour is brown..why i still got double line…why it still happen like that..and now im not go for scan yet..can you please explain to me wether the cytotec i’ve took before work properly or i still pregnan now…
Based from my understanding and personal experience, UPT will give a false positive around 7-10 days after miscarriage/abortion. This is due to hCG level inside blood still in the threshold area of 20mlU/ml which indicate a positive result in UPT pregnant indicator strip. Most of reader experience and reply did mention of post-deliver symptoms like intense morning sickness, breast swelling and some blood-clot discharge around false positive period (around 7-10 days after abortion). To be safe and accurate result, please do UPT after around 12th day or 2 weeks after medical abortion (i.e using Cytotec). As you mention that you do UPT after 5 days still in the range of indication to false positive. Ultrasonic scan is the best method to determine complete abortions. But maybe you can do it after 2 week of abortion which UPT still have a positive result. Hope this answered your question.
I took 4 cytotec (200mcg) first hour and 3 hrs from 1st intake i took another 4 (200mcg) on my 9th hour i missed my 3rd intake cos i overslept T.T now i am having cramps, bleeding (3rd pad already, 15 hrs already from 1st intake) and vomit when i eat this morning (few time today). did it worked? if it not why did i bleed?
From my experiance, any bleed indicator is the sign of success, but to make sure, please check PT and/or ultrasound after 1.5week later… If you still indicated as pregnant, you may need to repeat the procedure (in some other day) or choose another profesional method wherever work best for you.
dear deackenz, it has been 3 days since i last took cytotec. i still bleed (like normal period, it was dark brown during my 1st day) and my stomach cramp is very bad (i cannot walk, stand. but when i lay down on bed it is slightly better but still pain) and i am feeling cold. i thought all these side effect will end 72 hours after 1st intake but i am still feeling it now. very suffer 😦 stupid bf want to bring me to see doctor for the pain but i dont know what should i tell the doc 😦

DeackenZ has really done a great job and being very helpful! A friend of mine needed the procedure and medication badly, for confidential reason. His method of administration was clear, and very effective! Worked very well on my friend who was 6 weeks into pregnancy. First dose of 4 tablets was taken sub-ligually (under tongue); second dose of 4 tablets at 3 hours after the first dose; and the third dose of 4 tablets at 6 hours after the first dose. the total time of administration was 6 hours. (e.g 10am, 1pm, 4pm).

His number started wit 019-xxxxxxx sorry, unable to provide the full number as I’ve deleted it once I found his cytotec is not genuine, but did not know he is a scammer, untill I read your post. At that time, I asked him how was the pills being pack and he replied that its in a plastic bag. I immediately judged his supply to be not genuine (based on his reply) and deleted his number. I’ve once got myself 12 tab (orginal from pfizer), that’s why I know the cytotec from this “nice guy” or “Chris” is not genuine, but did not know he is a scammer untill your comment came. I would like to emphazied that scammer like him may use multiple different name or even account number, as they could “borrow” someone else’s account for the transaction. My advise/suggestion to avoid falling in the scammer’s trap is to first ask the other party about the pills packing, size, shape, color, manufacturer, active ingredient etc….anything about the pill. If the person is for real, he/she would be able to answer to your query. Hai. Just wanna share my experience on home abortion using cytotec. I missed my period earlier this month so i decided to get tested and yep, it was positive. I stumbled on this blog accidentally and i must say, this particular post intrigued me. Text Deackenz that night and he responded immediately the next morning. I wanted to share my experience with cytotec. Got the pills from deackenz by hand, very helpful guy indeed. 1st dose (4 pills) are taken at 130 pm, mild cramps was experienced. 2nd dose at 430 pm, the cramps still going & finally bleeding at around 6pm. Took last 4 pills at 730 pm, 5 minutes after, the blood become heavier, i mean really heavy i soaked like 4-5 pads in just 1 hour accompanied with large clots the size of my palms (looks like a chicken liver), a grayish thingy looking like a placenta, and lotsss of tissues & clots. Sorry tmi but i have to be specific 😉 After everything has passed, it just like a normal period the day after & the cramps has subsides. I am 8 weeks pregnant (unwanted pregnancy). It hard to make sure on pregnancy less than 8 weeks. For less than 8 weeks any bleed can be refered as miss-abortion (need to redo again) or total-abortion (congrats). But if 8 weeks and more, any bleed is the sign of abortion and in actual blood clot, you can confirm fetus figure for total-abortion. Hope this info helps.

I always make sure any pregnancy by buying pregnancy test in any pharmacy, Guardian or Watson. I use to buy both cheapest available and another average/slightly higher price. Use it in next morning at first urine where it contain higher content of hgc. If positive do not panic and start blaming your partners, the damage is already done and we need to find a way to do something about it.

I just buy a cytotec 200mcg pil ..but what i know the cytotec pil is white colour ..on the pil write ‘searle 1460′..but what i got a round yellow pil..on the pil write’ pct 200′ ..when i asked the buyer he said this pil same like cytotec..can u help me to recognize what is this pil real name..
It’s been widely distribute in Malaysia generic cytotec from India manufacturers, very cheap and claim having the same chemical content and strength. Personally I do not have any experience beside original cytotec from pfizer. So I cannot help you on identifying fake or generic cytotec available in Malaysian market. Sorry.
